At Here™ (formerly OpenFin) from 2019 through 2026, I progressed from global support engineering to Software Solutions Engineer — where I was the sole Lead US Solutions Engineer supporting sales regions worldwide — and into Software Engineering, owning full-stack feature delivery with Next.js, API design, and architecture documentation.

Based in Charleston, South Carolina. I create sales enablement assets, reference integrations, and onboarding frameworks that accelerate adoption, and I collaborate closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success to deploy mission-critical solutions.

    Delivered browser-based UI functionality within sprint deadlines. Led end-to-end delivery of two feature epics — product-to-engineering transition, architecture requirement documentation (ARD), planning, and estimation. Built full-stack “new content” functionality with Next.js UI components (buttons, dropdowns, form routing), backend API endpoints, validation schemas, and ORM integrations. Improved platform scalability and performance; refactored notifications search by replacing a heavy library with a custom search utility; produced architecture documentation to guide system design.

  2. Software Solutions Engineer

    Led solutions engineering for sales and customer success to design enterprise integrations optimized for workflow alignment. Ran POC engagements and tailored demos for global capital markets clients. Collaborated with executive leadership (CTO, COO, VP of Sales) on technical strategy and adoption with stakeholders including Wells Fargo. Served as sole Lead US Solutions Engineer for UK, France, Canada, Asia, and other regions. Directed the organization’s first U.S. government engagement — translated requirements into a deployed DHS proof of concept with front-end and back-end development. Delivered $1M in US revenue through pre-sales, upsell, and post-sales engineering; generated $500K+ in new business across Singapore and the UK; secured a $400K contract via In-Q-Tel and DHS stakeholders. Managed onboarding resources and co-authored container-starter and workspace-starter repositories.

    Built a custom dashboard on the ticketing system to track customer contract sizes and ticket volumes for senior stakeholders.
